President's Message

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Copiah-Lincoln Community College. This is a very exciting time for the college. Co-Lin, as we are affectionately known, is a special place. I invite you to learn more about all that Co-Lin offers by exploring our website or visiting one of our three beautiful campuses. You’ll find that Co-Lin is a place where you never meet a stranger.
Co-Lin was founded in 1928, and we have an annual student enrollment of approximately 3,100 students. Our educational mission is broad, but the success of our students is our primary goal. We feel a sense of accomplishment that a significant number of our students graduate, enter the workforce, or transfer to a university in our state.
We are extremely proud of our students. They are involved in student government, community service, academic honor societies, and dozens of activities and campus organizations. Co-Lin students have been recognized nationally with our Eta Omega Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) and honored twice as the No. 1 PTK Chapter in the nation.
We are also proud of the success of our athletic programs. In recent years, Co-Lin student athletes and coaches have won state championships in football, women’s basketball, softball, golf, and tennis to name a few. Just as important, several of our athletic teams are consistently ranked nationally in academics.
The faculty and staff at our three Co-Lin campuses continue to do great work to benefit our students. Not only are they involved in our campus activities, but many are actively involved in various academic, economic, and community organizations.
All of us at Co-Lin are optimistic about the future of our college and are committed to providing quality education and support services to the students and communities we serve. Please don’t hesitate to contact me or a member of our administrative team to learn why we believe Co-Lin is The Place To Be!
Sincerely,
Dr. Jane Hulon
President
