Each year the Alumni Association recognizes Outstanding Faculty and Staff Members from all three campuses and presents each honoree with a $150 check and a plaque at the beginning of the fall semester. The 2022 recipients of this award are:
- Chad Austin (Outstanding Academic Instructor – Wesson Campus)
- Kelly Fenwick (Outstanding Career-Technical Instructor – Wesson Campus)
- Scarlett Hart (Outstanding Staff Member – Wesson Campus)
- Nancy McFarland (Outstanding Faculty/Staff Member – Natchez Campus)
- Amanda McKenzie (Outstanding Faculty/Staff Member – Simpson County Center)
