Co-Lin students have FREE, 24/7 access to virtual care services with TimelyCare — the virtual health and well-being platform from TimelyCare, designed for college students. Students do not need insurance to access TimelyCare services.

TimelyCare Services

As part of Co-Lin’s partnership with TimelyCare, students have access to the following services:

TalkNow
24/7, on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety, relationships, depression, and school-related stressors.

Scheduled Counseling
Choose the day, time, and mental health provider that best works for you.

Health Coaching
Develop healthy lifestyle behaviors, including nutrition, sleep habits, time management, and mindfulness.

Self-Care Content
Visit the “Explore” page within TimelyCare for guided self-care content, including yoga and meditation sessions, as well as group conversations with our providers on a variety of health and well-being topics.

Students have access to TimelyCare services 365 days a year. That means you have access during breaks, after-hours, and any time you need support! Visit timelycare.com/colin to get started.

How to access TimelyCare

Desktop Users

  1. Visit timelycare.com/colin
  2. Register for your account using your Co-Lin credentials and set up your profile.
  3. Press “Get Care” to get started.

Mobile Users

  1. Download the TimelyCare app.
  2. Register for your account using your Co-Lin credentials and set up your profile.
  3. Press “Get Care” to get started.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Who can use TimelyCare? 

A: TimelyCare is available to any full-time or part-time student enrolled at Co-Lin, including online students living in any state in the US or Puerto Rico. Due to healthcare provider licensing laws, TalkNow is the only service available to students living or traveling outside of the United States.

Q: How do I log in? 

A: Go to timelycare.com/colin or download the TimelyCare app to access care. Log in using your Co-Lin email address.

Q: When can I access TimelyCare?

A: TimelyCare’s Scheduled Counseling and Health Coaching appointments are available days, evenings, and weekends. TimelyCare’s on-demand TalkNow services are available 24/7.

Q: How much does a visit with TimelyCare cost?

A: TimelyCare is FREE for students enrolled at Co-Lin

Q: I already have insurance. How does TimelyCare benefit me?

A: With TimelyCare, you will have free, 24/7 access to providers from anywhere in the United States, regardless of your insurance status. So, you’ll never have to spend time or money looking for care, whether you’re on or off campus.

Q: Is TimelyCare confidential? 

A: As part of your agreement to the Terms of Service when you register your account, for continuity of care, your records may be shared with medical providers and counselors at Co-Lin. If you want to share your records with a physician outside of TimelyCare, you can print or email your records, or call 833-4-TIMELY to send a copy of your records to your provider.

Q: Who can I contact for TimelyCare technical support? 

A: If you need technical support for TimelyCare, please reach out to Student Services. You can contact them by email at healthservices@colin.edu or by phone at 601-643-8318. Support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

For on-campus students experiencing a mental health emergency after hours, please contact Campus Police at 601.643.8351 or 601.754.8351.
